- Custom orders will be invoiced either by phone or transacted directly through invoicing. Our special pricing for custom color styles (set by product) will apply.
Shipping & Delivery
- All products ship within 2-3 business days from the time the order is placed through this website.
- Custom orders will vary depending upon the number of orders that are in progress. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping.
Products ship via Fedex, UPS or US priority mail.
Return Policy
- You may return some undamaged items purchased at Real Deal Tungsten within 30
days of the original delivery. - We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.
- If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 25 percent.
- No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
- We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
